NVT Social ("the app") is operated by NVT Wireless to publish content to social media accounts that NVT Wireless owns. This policy explains what data the app handles.
Who uses the app
Only authorised NVT Wireless staff. The app does not offer sign-up to the public.
Data we access from TikTok and Instagram
When an NVT Wireless account is connected, the app receives the account's basic profile information (account ID, display name, profile picture) and access tokens issued by the platform. These are used only to publish content that NVT Wireless has prepared to that same account, and to show the connected account in the app.
The app does not read, collect or store data about other users, followers, comments or messages.
Content
Images, videos and captions uploaded to the app are created by or for NVT Wireless. They are stored on a server operated by NVT Wireless and made available to TikTok and Instagram over HTTPS so the platforms can publish them.
Storage and security
Data is stored on NVT Wireless's own server. Access tokens are kept in the app's database and are never shared with third parties. Access to the app requires an authorised login.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data with anyone, except sending content to the platform the account owner chose to publish to.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its stored tokens. You can also revoke access at any time in your TikTok or Instagram settings. To request deletion of any data, email us at the address below.
